A Counselor, a Sister, a Guide

I created Finding Her...Hey Girl, Let's Talk! as a licensed counselor with over twenty years of walking alongside women, men, and children. My own story includes trauma, grief, burnout, and seasons of pretending I was fine. I know how heavy life can feel, and I also know healing is possible with support.

Where Culture, Faith, and Healing Meet

This space holds the real lives of Black and Brown women navigating racism, church hurt, caregiving, and the demand to stay strong. I blend counseling-informed insight, spiritual grounding, and lived experience so you are not talked at, you are understood. Every offering honors your mind, body, spirit, and cultural story.

A Sisterhood for the Strong, Tired One

Finding Her...Hey Girl, Let's Talk! is an online home where Black and Brown women gather for honest conversations, soul work, and rest. The Finding Her podcast, guided journals, and prayer devotionals weave together to support your emotional and spiritual wellness. Come exhale, listen, reflect, and grow with a community that truly sees you.

Gentle Journey

This healing path starts with you naming how tired you really are. Then you listen in with the Finding Her podcast, journal your truth, and sit with God through prayer devotionals. Little by little, you practice new ways of caring for yourself. Through virtual circles, workshops, and online support, you remember you are not alone and you get to grow at your own pace.
