Hey girl, these Journals were created with you in mind - the woman who holds so much for everyone else and is finally ready to pause and hear her own heart again. After more than 20 years of walking with women through real-life struggles, I designed these reflective journals as a soft landing place for Black and Brown women to breathe, release, and remember who they are beneath all the roles.
Each journal gives you more than blank pages. You'll find gentle prompts that help you unpack your day, name your emotions, and explore where you might be shrinking, people-pleasing, or simply running on empty. There's space to write out your wins, your worries, your prayers, and the parts of your story you've never had language for. Think of it as a quiet conversation between you, your soul, and God - no judgment, no performance, just truth.
I intentionally wrote the questions and reflections from a culturally aware lens, so you don't have to explain why you're tired, why you feel the pressure to be strong, or why rest feels unsafe. The pages invite you to honor your grief, celebrate your joy, and track your growth over time, one honest entry at a time.
These journals fit beautifully alongside the Finding Her podcast and future offerings in this online community. You can listen to an episode, then grab your journal to process what came up - what resonated, what hurt, what you're ready to release. Whether you're new to journaling or returning to it after a long season of survival mode, this is your sacred space to slow down, check in with yourself, and practice real self-care from the inside out.
If you've been feeling disconnected from your own voice, these journals are here to help you find Her again - authentically, gently, and at your own pace.
